The 27-year-old quickly cemented his place in the side with composed and consistent displays. Although there were initial concerns following an underwhelming spell at Chelsea after his move from Leicester City, Everton’s £24 million investment now appears justified.
Speculation has linked Tottenham with a move for the midfielder as Spurs look to strengthen a squad capable of pushing for a top-four finish next season. The North London club would likely be able to afford a suitable fee for the Everton star, but as things stand, he is not on the market. Everton remain firm in their stance, even though his sale could generate a substantial profit.
Tottenham are still expected to register their interest, though they may face competition. Manchester City have also been mentioned as admirers, and other clubs could enter the race if Everton signal any willingness to negotiate.
However, Dewsbury-Hall’s situation could be influenced by Jack Grealish’s future. Everton are keen to secure Grealish on a reduced fee rather than triggering the £50 million purchase clause in his loan agreement. If they fail to agree a lower price and must pay the full amount, the club may reassess their position and consider cashing in on Dewsbury-Hall.
